'The Curse Of Oak Island' might not be considered historically accurate by any stretch of the imagination, but there's one thing the History Channel show does not compromise on: Entertainment. Unintentionally, of course.

In the latest episode, the team was busy searching for more shafts, or any clue that could lead to the fabled money pit, something they've been working on for eons. The highlight of the episode was when Rick Lagina and his team took off to Dartmouth Heritage Museum to check out their backyard and see if the 90-Foot Stone was buried there. Yes, they were on their knees and checking out a Rhododendron bush.

Fans couldn't stop laughing and took to Twitter. One of them wrote, "Rick crawling in that bush and Doug wearing that backwards hat might be the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. "

Another tweeted, "Find the one thing... Ah ha! Buried 90 foot stone in a rhododendron bush...."

One fan wrote, "Are they really going to dig up this poor bastard's rhododendron bush?? #CurseOfOakIsland."

"Just when I thought the show could not possibly get any better, next season will focus on the archaeological excavation of a Rhododendron bush. Hell yeah! You can’t make this shit up," wrote a sarcastic viewer.

"Does anyone actually think the 90-Foot Stone is under this bush?" wrote another one.

A parody account by the name of 'The Rick Lagina' wrote, " tried my damndest to find the stone under that rhododendron. I even called Gary to see if he has his stone detector with him. He hung up on me for some reason."

"Say... could rhododendrons be a Templar symbol?" tweeted another viewer.

For seven years, the Lagina brothers have been determinedly hunting for treasure, which is said to have been buried somewhere on Oak Island. No treasure, but they've discovered several artifacts that could have been from the 1790s.

'The Curse Of Oak Island' airs on History Channel, Tuesdays at 9 pm.
