South Korean group The Boyz make their return with their fifth EP 'Chase' and its accompanying lead single 'The Stealer'. A powerful track with some dizzying choreography to go with it, 'The Stealer' sees the group up the ante on their own stellar performances on Mnet's reality television competition 'Road to Kingdom'. 'Chase' follows the release of the group's first studio album 'Reveal' and its accompanying lead single of the same name.

Speaking at a showcase before the music video for 'The Stealer' and the album's official release, group member Eric highlighted that the choreography for 'The Stealer' included acrobatics and tumbling, something Hyunjae pointed out the group couldn't do without trusting one another completely. For the members, this comeback marks a stepping stone that saw them come together as a unit. Upon seeing a mere few seconds of the video, one fan shared, "SCREAAMMMINGGG," and another fan, noting their entire Twitter timeline was a series of shrieks, stated, "TL screaming :D we love to see it." Another asked The Boyz's fandom, "DEOBIS HOW ARE WE FEELING AAAALSHDKSJDKDBXJ," and the overall response from the fandom appears to b a solid, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA."

Screaming fans aside, The Boyz must be commended on delivering a solid comeback track. Their vocals are top-notch, and their dancing is expectedly stellar. After their stunning numbers on 'Road to Kingdom', it was anyone's guess how they would manage to top that with their following performances, and it appears those worries can be put to rest. Commenting on their performance, one fan stated, "Literally all the boyz members are born to be talented, they should get more appreciation since debut, I hope this comeback will be successful and boyz world domination." Another stated, "THE F***** QUALITY OF EVERYTHING TOP CLASS TBZ RAISES THE BAR." The song itself also earned praise, with one fan stating, "THIS SONG IS SO GOOD I CANT GET OVER IT."

Fans also noted the styling in the video, with one stating, "Lee Hyunjae looks so hot in this undercover agent outfit." Others commended the track for ensuring all the members got their time to shine, a rather difficult feat for a group as large as this one. One tweet read, "Also everyone got quite even screen time I felt?? that's so good especially because a lot of people have just been introduced, I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS COMEBACK EEE lets get their second win for this deobis." And, naturally, the choreography earned praise from all corners with one fan noting, "F****** JACOB AND ERIC BACK FLIPPED THIS IS CRAZY."

The song, as well as the 'Chase' album, is a certified hit among the group's fans, with one tweeting, "I LOVE THE WHOLE ALBUM F***."
