'The Bachelorette': Is this Ben's final rose? Fans feel Tayshia is letting him have his 'last hoorah'
Ben has been on the edge ever since Tayshia Adams picked the six men for a group date competition before she gives away the final roses. He was nervous that he hadn't had the chance to speak with her and wanted to make up for the lost time. And so, he decided to take matters into his own hands and show up at her doorstep to chat and apologize about why he has been missing in action.
They had a lengthy chat about what went wrong and how he has been meaning to fix it for a long time now. Tayshia accepts his apology and expressed how happy she was to see him make the effort, show up and be there for her. What made the moment more special was Ben's little surprise for her — a bottle of champagne that was brought in to celebrate the good times they have had.
Ben was relieved that he was able to "show up" and be that person that Tayshia holds in high regard. But, will her feelings for Ben last given the competition? Only time will tell.
Meanwhile, fans feel that Tayshia might be letting Ben have his "last hoorah" before sending him home. However, Tayshia's reaction to Ben borrowing her for the cocktail party date was different — she seemed happy that Ben was making moves she appreciates in men.
"Ben is always complaining, it is exhausting. #thebachlorette," a fan commented on a Reddit thread while another shared: "She’s letting Ben have his last hoorah before sending him home. This is nice of her." "Tayshia pity-kissing Ben I cannot," a user pointed out, while another posted: "booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo don't forgive Ben, send him home."
"Ben wants to make this situation more than it is so that Tayshia doesn’t forget who he is," a user shared. "Ben makes me uncomfy but he’s hot so I don’t know what to think anymore!!!!!!!!!!" another commented. "Ben just got a pass for the next rose ceremony but not the one after," a user added.
