What are Charity Lawson's goals?

The child and family therapist further talked about her goals in her story. After healing through the traumas Charity's goal is to feel valued. She shares a post, saying, "the goal is to take steps towards living a life that feels authentic & value based." Well, this is not it. She further adds, "the goal is to reduce the impact our symptoms or struggles have on our lives & learn how to navigate & address them."

Navigating does not mean Charity is not allowed to make mistakes in her life. But, what she also needs to do is learn from her mistakes. "The goal is to make mistakes & learn from them & take accountability," the post further adds. The last goal is to "constantly evolve, grow, and change- and to show up anyway."

Besides describing what her goals are, Charity also talked about what the goals should not be. "The goal isn't to put your life on hold until you're "fully healed"," said Charity's post. It further adds, "the goal isn't to create a hierarchy of people who have somehow "arrived" to a place of complete healing & people who "still have healing to do."

'The Bachelor' Season 27 air on ABC every Monday at 8 pm ET.
