'The Bachelor' is a series that we love to hate and hate to love. The series first premiered in 2002 on ABC and was hosted by Chris Harrison. Ever since then, the series has spewed out spin-offs titled 'The Bachelorette' and 'Bachelor in Paradise' that had viewers and fans hooked to them from day one.

Throughout these years, the franchise has never failed to provide us with the much-needed entertainment and drama we look forward to every week when an episode airs. From heartbreaks to a fairytale ending, we have witnessed it all on the series.

Now with 'The Bachelor' season 24 set to premiere on our screens, let's walk down memory lane and take a look at the Top 5 most popular Bachelors of all time across the past 23 seasons of the franchise and where are they now. Season 24 will take us on Peter Weber's journey to find his true love

The former football player won hearts during 'The Bachelor' season 23 when he fought for his one true love, Cassie Randolph. Even as Randolph left Underwood towards the end of the series, he didn't give up and continued to follow his heart till he got her. Though the couple hasn't gotten engaged yet, it is rumored that he might pop the question to Randolph sometime soon. Right from the jokes about his virginity, to his famed fence jump, Underwood has been a fan favorite. Earlier last year, Colton he told Fox News that he has a few projects ready for 2020, so we can't wait to see what he has in store.

He seemed to be unclear with what he wanted throughout the season. He proposed to Becca Krufin and the very next day broke off the engagement only to propose to runner-up Lauren Burnham. Luyendyk and Burnham are still together. The couple tied the knot in 2019 and have a baby girl named Alessi Ren Luyendyk.

Picking Ben Higgins as 'The Bachelor' for season 20 was not a hard job for the producers because he had won hearts during his appearance in Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of  'The Bachelorette'. Drama revolving Higgins surfaced when he confessed his love for the last two contestants. Higgins and Lauren Bushnell, the winner, also had their own reality TV spin-off titled, 'Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After', but the couple broke up in May 2017.
