'Bachelor' star Becca Tilley talks about her podcast with Tanya and plans of working with best friend Jojo Fletcher
Earlier this week, the 2nd annual American Influencer Awards honored the greatest contributors and top talent in beauty across social media. The award ceremony was held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California.
Celebrities graced the red carpet as they gathered for the award ceremony. One amongst them was former Bachelor contestant Becca Tilley. MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) caught up with Becca as she walked the red carpet. Becca spoke to us about her podcast with Tanya and if she plans to work with Jojo.
Talking about what makes Tanya a great partner and how well they work together, Becca said, "It's her job. It's like what she's born to do is be a voice. And, we are so opposite and our personalities, even though so different, they complement each other so well. And I think that dynamic is just kind of what's made the podcast so special."
When we asked Becca if there are any moments from her podcast that stood out and made her appreciate what she does, she said, "I have those all the time. Our podcast listeners are truly the best there is. I know everyone says that, but they just continuously show up. And there's always a moment where I go in the Facebook group and I see them talking to each other and making friends and being encouraging. So I think that's the part that I would say both of us are probably the most proud of is the community we built."
Becca also shared that she would love to do something with her best friend, Jojo Fletcher. Talking about their friendship and how she would like to work with her she said, "Jojo has been on the podcast a few times. I would love to do something with Jojo. Tanya is my podcaster girl, so. But Jojo, I mean, we always were like, what do we do where we could actually work together and hang out more cause she lives in Dallas. I would love to do something with her. And I miss her"
Becca also sheds light on what she prefers doing, if it's being on reality TV or being able to control her own podcast. "I mean, the Bachelor was honestly two of the most fun times of my life and I have no regrets because I'm standing on this carpet because of it. But I would say the podcast has been really fun. Just making the decisions that we like being a part of, making the decisions of who comes on and how it's done. So, that's pretty cool."
