Spoilers for 'The 100' Season 7 Episode 12 'The Stranger'

In this episode of the 'The 100', presumably the one before the show takes a hiatus, we see Bellamy Blake's (Bob Morley) loyalty towards the Shepard, as he even sent for Raven to be "tortured" as Echo (Tasya Teles) said. While their reunion has been something that many were anticipating, not many thought it would go down this way. There are of course conflicted opinions of how fans want the Bellamy and Echo narrative to go forward, but some are also wondering if Clarke Griffin (Eliza Taylor) could be the one to get Bellamy out of his brainwashing session with the Shepard. Not to mention, fans are also realizing that Bellamy and Echo may have broken up.

"Echo deserves better than Bellamy #the100," said one fan with another adding, "Echo after murdering all those people but still not getting Bellamy’s attention: #The100."

After the Shepard tells Bellamy that if they can get the flame, fix it and if it has the code for the last war, his friends will be absolved. The Echo and Bellamy showdown happened — she tries to tell him that he has lost himself, "is it more important than us?" she asks of what he believes in, he says yes. With Echo having fought so much to be able to save Belammy and avenge him, he was now their enemy and a traitor. "Im so glad becho’s broken up. echo deserves so much better #The100," said one fan. Another asked, "echo why didn't you hit him and see if he'd react? #The100." One more said, "Echo, Clarke, and Octavia deserve better than a traitor #The100."

Interestingly enough if Echo is unable to get Bellamy out of his madness, maybe Clarke will be able to. "Ok so it’s officially not gonna be Echo that snaps Bellamy out of this madness so...#Bellarke radio calls confirmed? #The100," asked one fan. Of course, there were a few on Bellamy's side, as another fan asked, "echo is really out here shaming bellamy for being brainwashed into a cult after starving on a planet for 3 months? #The100." But it's funny to mention that even the Echo haters were a bit taken aback. "#The100 Echo still isn’t my fave but props to her for keeping it real when even Bellamy caved," tweeted another fan.
