NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA: The ‘Flip or Flop’ star Tarek El Moussa is surely excited to welcome his third child. And his excitement is evident from his new social media post, which highlights the efforts the HGTV star has been making to ensure everything is going smoothly. The reality star even posted his “baby to-do list” to let his fans know.

Tarek is all set to welcome his baby boy with his wife and the ‘Selling Sunset’ star Heather Rae El Moussa, for whom it is her first child. Taking to his Instagram account, the HGTV star shared an image with his wife while writing a heartfelt message. Tarek said that he has been spending extra time with his two older children, daughter Taylor El Moussa and son Brayden El Moussa, as he penned, “Things I’m doing to prepare for our boy: Spending quality time with Tay and Bray to make sure they know nothing is going to change and that they are so loved by us.”

The reality star continued to add that he has also been making sure he is there for his wife and getting her everything she needs as he wrote, “Helping Heather get anything she needs and reassuring her that we have everything ready for the hospital (she’s in full nesting mode but I’m doing what I can to help 😂), being there for heather and the kids and listening to everything they need.”

The ’Flip or Flop’ star also noted that while he is posting the list of things he needs to do to prepare for his family's new arrival, many men and soon-to-be fathers don’t do the same. He stated that it is something that men should talk about more often as he added, “I swear I don’t think I’ve ever seen a man talk about or post about what they do to get ready for a newborn but this isn’t my first rodeo and it’s something I think should be talked about more!” Ending his message by asking his fans and followers to state what they thought, Tarek wrote, “Sometimes all you can do as a guy is just be there ❤️🤷🏻‍♂️ but if any women or men have anything to add, comment below!”
