‘Stuck with You’ was undoubtedly one of the best shows last year and it garnered a lot of success for its unique storyline. The show is set to take viewers on another roller-coaster ride with Season 2 and fans can expect another edition filled with a lot of drama.

The series revolves around the public and private lives of celebrity couples. Candace (Tammy Townsend) and Luvell (Timon Kyle Durrett) is a celebrity couple who seem to be made for each other. The duo is the definition of "#relationshipgoals", at least on paper. They have even published a bestseller called ‘CandyLuv’. However, they both live separate lives behind closed doors and their relationship is going through a rough patch.

The first season garnered positive reviews from critics as well as viewers. The makers now have the responsibility of treating their fans with more twists and turns. Here’s everything you need to know about Season 2 of ‘Stuck with You’.

Release date

Season 2 of ‘Stuck with You’ will premiere exclusively on Allblk on Thursday, May 6.

Viewers can subscribe to Allblk by downloading the app. It is also a part of a bundle of streaming services at AMC Networks, costing subscribers $4.99/month or $49.99/year. The SVOD service can also be subscribed via various supported devices such as Roku TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Google Chromecast, Sling and Xfinity.


The official synopsis reads: “This season, Candace (Tammy Townsend) and Luvell (Timon Kyle Durrett), finally decide to move forward with their separation... until a new celebrity couple enters the scene threatening to take their throne, diminish their brand, and rob them of a career-defining opportunity. Now, the show's storybook celebrity couple will have to work harder than ever to fake their loving image. However, Luvell is focused on balancing a blooming romance, leaving Candace torn between what her heart wants, and what her career needs.”

Tammy Townsend and Timon Kyle Durrett will reprise their respective roles in the upcoming season. AJ Johnson, Jessica Obilom, Terrence Green, Tiffany Black, Monti Washington, D Woods and Shanice also return. Meanwhile, ‘Empire’ star Vivica A Fox will join the show as a guest star.

The show is written, directed and executive produced by Patricia Cuffie-Jones through her Diverge Entertainment production arm. Brenton Earley serves as co-producer. Talking about the second season, Patricia said that the new additions will absolutely turn everyone’s lives “upside-down”.

She added, “From first introductions to rekindling old flames, morals will be tested and temptations heightened as The Parkers give our protagonists a run for their money.”
