'Strongest woman I know': Sylvester Stallone's daughters side with mom Jennifer Flavin amid divorce

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA: After Sylvester Stallone's wife Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce, the couple's three daughters are supporting their mom. The action star married model Jennifer in 1997 before she called it quits on August 19, 2022.

According to Radar, the couple's daughters - Sistine, 24, Sophia, 25, and Scarlet, 20, have all become pillars of support for their mother after she put an end to her 25-year marriage with Stallone.

As per Radar Online, Jennifer, 54, filed for divorce on August 19 in Palm Beach County, Florida. Stallone, 76, had released a statement through his rep that he was focused on his family, while Jennifer's filing suggested otherwise. She accused the 'Rambo' actor of covering marital assets. According to Jennifer, "the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken." She asked the judge to prevent her estranged husband from moving any of their assets.
 
Over the past few months, there were signs that there was trouble in paradise. As per Radar, Stallone's wasn't wearing his ring in June when he turned up for the UK launch of Paramount+ in London.

Jennifer too, had posted a cryptic message on her instagram account. On August 10, she shared a picture of herself with Sistine, Sophia, and Scarlet with the caption, "These girls are my priority. Nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever."

Her daughters commented underneath the photo, appreciating their mom. Sophia wrote, "You are our rock, cheerleader, and most incredible mom. We are so lucky to have you. Love you so much."

Sistine added, "Strongest woman I know," while Scarlet, the youngest of the lot, dropped a love heart in response to her mom's post.



 

Earlier, Stallone's rep had denied any separation rumors when the star covered up a tattoo, which used to show Jennifer's face.

According to a report in Daily Mail, the rep said in a statement, “Mr Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer however the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable. As a result, he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his dog from Rocky, Butkus."

How did Stallone and Jennifer meet? 

According to PEOPLE, Jennifer first crossed paths with Stallone at a restaurant in Beverly Hills when she was 19 years old. Stallone was in his early 40s at that time. He had already been married twice and was a father to two sons, Sage and Seargeoh, with his first wife, Sasha Czack. The couple were in an on-and-off  relationship in the early '90s, finally tying the knot in 1997. The couple married in a civil ceremony at The Dorchester Hotel in London, followed by a chapel ceremony at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.
