Sylvester Stallone's wife Jennifer Flavin files for DIVORCE as their 25-year marriage is 'irretrievably broken'
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA: That's it for Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin! Just two days ago word got out that Sylvester Stallone got a tattoo of his wife's face covered up after Jennifer Flavin posted a picture on her social media without Stallone with a cryptic caption. While their separation was nothing but a rumor, it didn't take long for the media to find out that the couple is done and dusted and Flavin had already filed for divorce.
After Sylvester Stallone got Flavin's tattoo on his right bicep and replaced it with a picture of Butkus, Rocky's bull mastiff from the hit movies, the rumors started spreading like a forest fire. On the other hand, Flavin's "Nothing else matters; The 4 of us forever" caption in her Instagram post hinted toward separation as well. Flavin no longer follows her husband on social media. Now, Closer Weekly reports that Jennifer filed for divorce from Sylvester on Friday, August 19. Flavin claims that the 'Rocky' actor hid their marital assets. She wants to restore her name to Jennifer Lee Flavin and seeks an equal distribution of certain assets and liabilities that they’ve accumulated during the course of their marriage.

The filed documents read, "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken." Jennifer Flavin, 54, filed paperwork in Palm Beach County, Florida. They were last seen celebrating their marriage on their 25th anniversary when Stallone posted on Instagram, "Happy 25th anniversary to my amazing wife. There are not enough words to describe what this incredibly selfless dedicated, patient, woman has meant to our lives and I only wish they could be another 25! Thank you sweetheart!"

According to the publication, Flavin claimed that "The Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate." The paperwork further suggested that "The Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of these proceedings." Stallone put out a statement via his rep that reads, "I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues."
Stallon's ex-wife is also asking for "Exclusive use and occupancy of the Marital Residence during the pendency of these proceedings," and stated that "pending discovery and in an effort to amicably resolve this dissolution of marriage action, the Wife is 4 intentionally not joining the business entities and/or corporations at this time but reserves her right to do so in the future." Stallone and Flavin met back in 1988 and first went on a date in a Beverly Hills restaurant when she was a 20-year-old model. The 76-year-old actor has always had the reputation of being a playboy but no mentions of infidelity were made in the court documents.
