‘He was the light’: DJ Stephen 'tWitch' Boss honored at celebration of life service, family and fellow artists pay tribute
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Deceased DJ and dancer Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss was given a ‘celebration of life’ memorial service in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 11. His widow Allison Holker Boss and children had hosted the guests — friends and many other fellow artists — who had paid tribute to the DJ-turned-producer in a service that was full of dance, prayer, and guests revealing their most fond memories of ‘The Ellen Show’ mainstay. Boss is father to three children — a daughter and a son, and another daughter of Holker’s whom he had adopted.
Ellen DeGeneres, Loni Love, and Wayne Brady were amongst those who had arrived to give speeches and share their thoughts and love for Boss and his surviving family. Other notable names who attended include Derek Hough, Wade Robson, AJ McLean, former Pussycat Dolls member Robin Antin and many others from the casts and crews of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ and ‘The Ellen Show'. Jeff Thacker, who officiated Stephen and Allison’s wedding in 2013, and Debbie Allen, had both introduced video tributes. Singer Andy Grammer also performed at the memorial.

How did Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss die?
Boss’ death by suicide, on December 13, had taken the whole entertainment world by storm. The 40-year-old’s death was confirmed by his wife, Allison, who had published a statement, "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."
"To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt," she added. "I am certain there won't be a day that goes by that we won't honor his memory.
