Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss' widow Allison Holker files for HALF his estate as he died without a will
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: DJ Stephen "tWitch" Boss left no will when he died, and now his widow Allison Boss (nee Holker), is requesting that a judge give her half of his estate. Allison has requested a court order for "property passing to the surviving spouse or surviving registered domestic partner without administration" in a document known as a spousal property petition.
In other words, after tWitch's unfortunate death, everything should be put in Allison's name. However, it's unclear why she would need to file such paperwork if the couple was married in the first place.

What is Allison Holker saying?
Allison alleges that Stephen died "intestate," which means without a will, in the filing. It's intriguing given that he committed suicide, and it looks like it was not a premeditated occurrence. Mrs. Boss is also requesting "confirmation of surviving spouse property."
Notably, Allison Holker stated in the paperwork that Stephen had no money or property at the time of their marriage in 2013. “At the date of marriage decedent (tWitch) owned only personal effects of little value,” she wrote. His "net worth on the date of marriage was nil," she added, as reported by The Blast.
She continued, “There are no written agreements between (Allison) and (Stephen) providing for a non-pro-rata division of the aggregate value of the community property.”
She is therefore requesting that the court order that half of the couple's businesses and "property" be transferred into her name, as well as any profits from his television career.
Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss death
MEAWW earlier reported that Stephen "tWitch" Boss, the DJ on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' has died at the age of 40. The DJ committed suicide. According to a law enforcement source, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, Boss's wife Allison Holker reportedly raced into an LAPD station because she was suspicious of him leaving home without his automobile. Later, cops received a call reporting a shooting at a Los Angeles hotel. When the cops arrived, they discovered Boss dead from a gunshot wound.
The DJ's wife Allison confirmed his death in a statement and said, "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
She added, "To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children.” Holker concluded, "Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”
