The reality star took to her social media and talked about changing narratives and the way of talking. Meri posted an inspiring video of herself sharing an inspiring message about being kinder to herself.
Meri's latest video comes months after she and Kody Brown parted ways after spending years together. The TLC star has been recently rumored to be in a relationship. But she debunked all the swirling rumors and made things crystal clear that she is currently focusing on her mental health. On the other side, Kody has moved on with Christine.

Why is Meri Brown looking out to change narrative?
Meri Brown recently shared a very personal message on her social media. The reality star started her video by saying, "Do you know that the average human being has about 12 to 60 thousand thoughts per day." Meri added, "and of those about 80% are negative." She further said, "Did you know that you are in control of those thoughts? You are the one who has the power to change them." Meri then emphasizes some change in inner self saying, "So change that narrative, change the way you speak to yourself and see what happens. Worthy yet my friends! You got this." Alongside the video, The TLC star wrote, "Speak kindly to, and about, yourself. You're worth it!"
She also took to her Instagram Stories to share more inspirational quotes. She wrote, "The person you will be in five years is based on the books you read and the people you surround yourself with today." The past few years have been hard for Meri as she ended her marriage to longtime partner Kody. While announcing her separation, Meri revealed that she and Kody were 'spiritually' married for over 30 years but legally divorced since 2014. Since then, Meri is focusing on her mental health.
'Anyone taking advise from her?'
While some fans left inspired by Meri's recent video, a few think simply the opposite. Taking to the comment section, one user wrote, "Is that why you were not able to make any decisions/choices during the filming of the show Sister Wives? It gave me anxiety watching..."
