JUPITER, FLORIDA: Tiger Woods' former mistress has warned that the golf champion's ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is "up against a machine now" after an acrimonious legal battle over the termination of their confidentiality agreement. Rachel Uchitel, who had a brief affair with Tiger Woods before they split, signed her own non-disclosure agreement with the golf star in 2009 before claiming the legal contract ruined her life because she was unable to publicly defend herself against attacks.
Based on Uchitel's years of experience fighting Woods and his legal team, she advised Herman to brace himself for the future, asserting, "A tiger does not change its stripes." "She's up against a machine, she's up against Goliath," said the TV personality. "I've been through this. I spent many years fighting this, but who knows if she's in the right or the wrong.
