'SEAL Team' seems to be taking a gritty turn after the Bravo Team's deployment for peace negotiations in Afghanistan. In last week's episode, Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) and Mandy Ellis (Jessica Paré) realized they arrested the main man and lost him.

It seems like a huge mistake on Bravo's part and it may have major repercussions. In the penultimate episode titled 'In The Blind’, things could go for a toss. Scheduled to release next week, its official summary reads: "Bravo Team gets ambushed by enemy forces during a mission to extract a potential link to a new terrorist leader. Also, Sonny considers planting roots in his hometown."

In a new promo, Ray Perry (Neil Brown Jr) tells Hayes: "I love my job but I love my family too. What am I fighting for?" Meanwhile, Clay Spenser (Max Thieriot) says in one scene, "Enemies are getting smarter." There is major gunfire and the combat seems to be a harbinger of bad news. The final scene from the promo shows Ellis bursting into tears and Jason solemnly sitting on a roof.

After that shocking clip, it is worrying as to why Mandy is in tears. Knowing her rock-solid demeanor, she is not one to cry for no reason. Does that mean Bravo Team loses someone? Fans can't stop speculating if it is Ray or Brock Reynolds (Justin Melnick) who dies. "WHY IS MANDY CRYING? IT BETTER NOT BE WHAT I THINK IT IS," one fan wrote.

"Ray seems like he might be seriously injured. I’m not ready for him to die yet," one posted and another wrote, "Please don't tell me Ray's gonna die." One fan said, "Wonder if Mandy cries because the vendor that she used gets killed? Jayson sitting alone with Cerberus makes me think something happens to Brock."

Some fans support Ray's decision to be back home. "Ray obviously would rather be back home. Time he took another position out of Bravo. #SEALteam," one said and another wrote, "A little uneasy about what’s to come on #SealTeam. It feels like the team is going on different life directions. Like the team will break up. And I’m worried about Ray with the constant talk of his daughter worry he will die (sic)."

Directed by Allison Liddi-Brown and written by Corinne Marrinan, Kenny Ryan and Jacob Roman, the episode will air April 29 on CBS at 9 pm ET.
