'SEAL Team' Season 3 Episode 10: Will Clay's blossoming relationship with Rebecca make him leave the Bravo Team to join politics?
The fall finale of 'SEAL Team' turned out to be a heartwarming episode that showed the transformation of Bravo Team to Bravo Fam. When Lisa Davis was pulled up for her violation of the code of conduct, the entire team stood up for her and spoke on her behalf. But, the episode also puts the spotlight on relationships.
While Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) decided to ask Natalie Pierce (Emily Swallow) if she was ready for an all-in, Clay Spenser (Max Thieriot) took his relationship with Rebecca Bowen (Adelaide Kane) one step ahead by making her meet his friends. He was also worried about how Sonny compared Rebecca to Darth Vader and how he wasn’t going to let that get in the way of him being with her. Clay wants her to be a part of his life and cares enough about her.
While fans are happy to see the two together and have even tagged them as a "power couple," they are also worried that Clay might leave the Bravo team to enter politics. "Clay needs to stay on Bravo team," one viewer wrote and another said, "They have more to worry about than Ray leaving the team. Ray will get his own team and Clay will go into politics."
"Clay's new lady, you like her? Everyone but Sonny," one fan posted and another said, "Does this mean that #Clay is thinking of joining the political side and leave Bravo??? Best sniper wingman. Noooooo." Another tweet read, "That relationship is going to be a problem for Clay career he was warned."
Many other fans can't stop praising Clay and Rebecca together. "Rebecca n Clay are super adorable," one viewer said and another posted, "Clay and Rebecca sure do look like a power couple! Is a future in DC in store for #Claybecca? @SEALTeamCBS."
As the series comes back after a long winter break, it will be interesting to see whether the prediction turns out to be true and how far Clay's relationship with Rebecca goes.
