The Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi was reportedly used by Leonardo Da Vinci for his famous work, the Vitruvian Man. It is the mathematical symmetry algorithm that underlies our perception of attractiveness. The length and the width of someone's face are measured and then the results are divided. Measurements are taken from the hairline to the spot between the eyes, and then between the eyes and the bottom of the nose. The person's face is measured from the bottom of the nose to the bottom of the chin, reports Heart UK. An individual is considered "scientifically beautiful" if the numbers are equal.
Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon, Dr Julian De Silva says: "Robert Pattinson was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection. These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients' surgery."
Here's a tweet showing Pattinson when he first earned the title in 2020.

Silva revealed that the 'Batman' actor was "in the top five for nearly all the categories because he has such classically shaped features and a wonderful chiselled jaw." Silva added, "His only score below average was for his lips which are a little thin and flat." The 2020 top 10 most handsome men according to the 'Golden Ratio' had Robert Pattinson in the first spot, Henry Cavill in the second, and Bradley Cooper in the third.
The list had Brad Pitt in the fourth spot, George Clooney in the fifth, Hugh Jackman in the sixth, David Beckham in seventh, Idris Elba in eighth, Kanye West in the ninth, and Ryan Gosling in the tenth spot. About Cavill, Silva said, "He had the highest overall score for his lips and forehead and also scored very highly for the matching ratio of nose and lips and his eye position," but he scored poorly for his "eye spacing."
