Sarah Jessica Parker's grey hair and age became the talk of the town as fans started wondering why she looked 'elderly'

The much-awaited follow up to the iconic series 'Sex And The City' has already made a lot of noise with its first look. Sarah Jessica Parker, who is filming the revival of 'Sex And The City' in New York City was spotted relaxing at an upscale eatery and her 'grey hair' caught the attention of fans. The show will premiere on HBO Max later this year.

SJP was seen having a casual day out with Andy Cohen on Sunday, July 18 in downtown New York City. The actress, 56, donned a sleeveless royal blue top and chain necklace and gracefully flaunted her grey locks in a braid. She was talking to Cohen, 53 and another companion who were both in yellow shirts. SJP's grey hair became the talk of the town as fans started speculating the age of the actress.

SJP along with her costars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis have been filming their HBO Max series 'And Just Like That' (revival of SATC). Fans will see their respective characters Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbs and Charlotte York, now in their 50s, after the events of HBO’s series 'Sex And The City' and the two feature films which followed. However, to fans' utter disappointment, Kim Cattrall's character, Samantha won't be a part of the show. Cattrall had a pretty ugly, public feud with SJP earlier, which is probably the reason for her absence. Kim, 64, made it pretty clear that she has no intention of ever returning to the franchise. Fans were dejected on the news of Samantha's absence and demanded to bring her back saying Samantha 'was the sex' in 'Sex And The City'.

The remaining trio of stars has begun filming the show this week, flaunting various fabulous ensembles in the process. 'And Just Like That' will welcome back other actors including Carrie’s love interest Mr Big, played by Chris Noth, along with Miranda‘s husband Steve Brady, played by David Eigenberg.

As the pictures of the actress went viral, fans started commenting on her age posting tweets like, "How old is SJP? She looks elderly in that pic I just saw, " and another tweet read, "“Whatever happened to aging gracefully? [Miranda] It got old.” Sarah Jessica Parker ##sexandthecity." One user tweeted, "She has a face full of fillers but won't color her hair... weird."
