Brittani and Mary had always spoken about getting plastic surgery done and in the latest episode (July 19), their wishes came true. Brittani has always been conscious about her weight and for this, she decided to undergo gastric bypass surgery. While the results had been spectacular, she was far from feeling good in her skin.

Brittani admitted that she was not thrilled to have her skin hanging in the stomach. Hearing this, Mary gave her the ultimate gift and said that she would pay for a tummy tuck surgery. While she wanted to get breast implants done, her husband Frank and Brittani thought it was not the best decision. This led Mary to opt for chest peel and getting her eye lift done. As the two prepared to get ready for surgery, Brittani revealed that she wanted to carry her doll with her. Mary tried to explain to her that she won't be able to carry the doll into the surgery room but will get to reunite with it once her surgery is done.

Brittani seemed happy to hear this and looked forward to getting rid of the fat in her stomach. She made sure that her doll was there all the time. While Mary and Brittani did not think anything was wrong with it, fans questioned if she was fit enough to become a corrections officer.

"Just remember this childish blank stare, unstable woman that carries A DOLL is going to be a corrections officer," one user wrote. Another added, "This is, way nuts... getting way too excited about this tummy tuck... now the doll?! This is a correction officer? And Sarah... Miguel might as well leave... there is no room in any of these women's lives for a significant other... get group discount on psychiatric help," while highlighting how another mother-daughter duo shared an unhealthy experience.

"We’re to believe that Britney who carries a doll is going to be a corrections officer armed with a gun," wrote another. Even though fans were finding it hard to accept the reality, Brittani and Mary did not seem to think there was anything wrong with their relationship as they continue to enjoy the time together.

'sMothered' airs on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
