'SEAL Team' Season 3 Episode 18 is not airing this week, here's what to expect when CBS' military drama returns
With the coronavirus pandemic taking a toll on the whole world, everything has come to a standstill. 'SEAL Team' seems to have followed in its footsteps and is on a break this week.
This Wednesday, a new episode titled 'Edge of Nowhere' was supposed to air, but fans may need to wait a little more for the military action drama. Instead of the new one, CBS Network will telecast an old episode from Season 2 titled 'You Only Die Once'.
So when can you expect to see the new episode? The new release date of 'Edge of Tomorrow' has been declared as April 22 at 9 pm. 'SEAL Team' writers posted on Twitter on April 9, "Thanks for joining us for tonight's episode, directed by the incredible @maxthieriot! Tune in 2 weeks from tonight for another new episode of #SEALTeam."
Fans are sad that they won't get to see their favorite show this week. "Another amazing episode of #SEALTeam tonight! Bravo Team has too many distractions right now. I can’t believe that we have to wait 2 weeks to see a new episode!" one wrote.
Another said, "That episode went by way too fast and left me wanting more! Awesome job by Max!"
The official summary of the episode reads, "Bravo Team searches for a new terrorist group leader who is orchestrating violent resistance to peace negotiations in Afghanistan; Clay learns what it means to be a leader; Sonny works to repair his relationship with his father in Texas."
Starring David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes, Max Thieriot as Clay Spenser, Jessica Paré as Amanda Ellis, Neil Brown Jr as Ray Perry, AJ Buckley as Sonny Quinn and Toni Trucks as Lisa Davis, the show revolves around their personal and professional lives.
Last week's episode ended on a sour note and made viewers wonder: Will Jason be able to clear his head and stay sane without Clay and Ray's support?
Moreover, Sonny's life will also take a new turn as he tries to mend his bond with his father, Emmet (John Savage) and relives old memories with his childhood friend, Hannah (Rachel Boston). As the new episode of 'SEAL Team' is telecasted a week later, it may bring all the answers to those questions.
