LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ryan Seacrest has set pulses racing after posting a sweaty workout selfie. The 'American Idol' host opted to discontinue strenuous physical exercise to see who makes it to the Top 5 on the ABC show.
Ryan and his girlfriend Aubrey Page work out together to ensure that their love stays strong. The radio personality and his 23-year-old girlfriend were photographed together at Gotham Gym in New York City's West Village. Ryan was dressed in a black Gotham workout shirt and black trousers. Aubrey was dressed casually in a turquoise sports bra and black leggings. Following their workout, the two exited the gym together. The already-taken Idol host has now taken away the breath of his over 6 million followers with this new thirst trap.

Ryan worked up a sweat with a strenuous exercise only hours before the latest broadcast of 'American Idol.' The 48-year-old shared the results of his labor in an Instagram photo on May 7. Ryan was dripping wet as he stood in front of some training benches and dumbbell rows. His rugged face displayed some greying facial hair as the wetness distorted his brown curly hair.
Ryan wore earbuds and had a quiet grin on his face as he peered into the camera. "In this moment, I decided marathons aren't for me," he said in the captions before promoting his evening show. "Continuing to break a sweat waiting to see who makes it into the #Idol Top 5 tonight." Fans in the comments section loved his wet appearance.
