Social media sensation Rubi Rose, the rising Instagram star, model and rapper has dropped her debut mixtape ‘For The Streets’ on December 25 and within a few minutes, Cardi B, who collaborated with her in the mixtape, took to Twitter to show her love for the ‘Big Mouth’ rapper. 

‘For The Streets’ packs quite a punch with eight fierce tracks including the ‘Intro’ featuring Cardi B and ‘Whole Lotta Liquor’ featuring Future and PARTYNEXTDOOR. After the mixtape dropped, Cardi B tweeted, “Cleaning the f**k out this house while listening to rubi new mixtape.”



 



 

Prior to the launch of the mixtape, Rose was quite active on Twitter, interacting with fans and a certain post seemed to slam Playboi Carti whose sophomore album ‘Whole Lotta Red’ released on December 25 after much anticipation for two years. Rose wrote, “It’s a lot of - gay for uzi and Carti” followed by “- hating on girls is b***h s**t". She received mixed response for her tweets while some hailed her for slamming her ‘ex’, Carti fans accused her of just doing it for ‘clout’.



 



 

Rubi shot to fame in 2020. The Instagram sensation who has a whopping follower base of 2.2M, made an OnlyFans account this year and earned $100,000 in just two days by sharing a couple of pictures. She also got slammed by some for the "lack of explicit content". The 21-year-old also made a name with her second song ‘Big Mouth’ which went viral after release. In an interview with Paper, the rapper said, "I've grown a lot in my career and just as a person this year.”



 

Rubi also recently shared her Spotify details which shows the rapper has gained 4.8M listeners, along with garnering 21.9M streams on Spotify across 92 different countries.
