'RHOP': Ashley reveals she plans on getting botox in anus to treat tear, fans ask 'how is she sitting down?'

A botox injection for the booty hole is the last thing we ever imagined to hear from a 'Real Housewives' franchise

It's no secret that the housewives love their botox and fillers. The latest episode of 'Real Housewives of Potomac' saw housewife Ashley Darby making some rather startling statements that left the ladies shocked. Ashley, who recently gave birth to her son Dean, seems to be enjoying motherhood, but pregnancy certainly took a toll on her body. 

The new mother discloses to the ladies that after her delivery, she experienced a tear in her anus. Ashley candidly explains to her fellow housewives that after her delivery, she ended up tearing and rupturing her butt hole when she tried using the bathroom. The ladies were left speechless on hearing Ashley's post-pregnancy horror story. 

But Ashley doesn't plan on staying with her torn anus for too long. The housewife reveals that she will soon be getting botox injections on her butt hole to manage the tears. An amused Karen Huger raves about the magic of botox in her green room interview, when she hears of Ashley's plans, while Gizelle Bryant flinches in horror and disgust on hearing about Ashley's anus.

Fans too had a lot of interesting reactions after hearing Ashley's plans of getting a botox on her butt hole. A fan tweeted, "This girl said she needed Botox in her anus  yea not a conversation for the table and Dean would be an only child if that was the case for me! I'd be damned! #RHOP."

"I know I am not the one who clenched their butt cheeks when Ashley said she had to get Botox in her anus!!!! #RHOP," wrote a horrified fan.

"I just have a lot of questions about the anal tear. Dean is two months old. Why is it still torn? How will the botox help the tear? HOW IS SHE SITTING DOWN? #RHOP," wondered a fan.
