'RHONY' star Lizzy Savetsky threatened by haters after she slammed Kanye West's antisemitic rant
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The ‘Real Housewives of New York’ star and the reboot's first official cast member Lizzy Savetsky is facing backlash after she called out Kanye West’s for his antisemitic tweets and slammed the rapper for accusing the community of 'toying' with him in vile rant. In a short-clip posted on Instagram, she said the social media platform had become “a breeding ground for antisemitism.”
The 45-year-old rapper's latest rant came after his controversial Yeezy Fashion Show in Paris on October 3 where he wore ‘White Lives Matter’ sweatshirts. Kanye took to Twitter and wrote, “I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda,” reports Daily Mail. The post has since been taken down by Twitter, with a note that it violated the social media platform’s policies. And later Kanye was locked out of the micro-blogging site.

Prior to this, Kanye posted screenshots of an alleged conversation with rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs in which he suggested Diddy was being controlled by Jewish people trying to shut 'White Lives Matter' message. “This ain’t a game. Ima (sic) use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me,” posted Kanye. The posts led to his Instagram account being restricted. And while Kanye’s tweet was taken down from Twitter, his account was not blocked.
Just hours after the Meta restriction, Kanye took to Twitter in response as he ranted at Mark Zuckerberg on the platform. “Look at this, Mark. How you gone (sic) kick me off Instagram. You use to be my (N-word),” posted Kayne. Commenting on the restriction, a Meta spokesperson said, "We may place restrictions on accounts that repeatedly break our rules."

Influencer and reality TV star Lizzy Savetsky called out Kanye for his repeated antisemitism by saying, "You may not have a big issue with what Kanye said, but what about the amount of antisemetic hate that occurred as a result of his post?" However, Savetsky ended up facing a barrage of online hatred from Kanye's fans.
One user wrote, "Oh come on... most of the democrats are anti Israel and anti-Semitic but now it's Kanye's fault? Time to unfollow you." Another hater said, "hmm...I wonder why antisemitism is growing all over the world, but racism gor every other race isn't. I wonder why Jews are exiled from multiple different countires and not allowed entry... not saying anything in particular, just asking questions." One more commented, "Stop being fascist murderers and stealing land from the Palestinians."
In response to haters, Savetsky posted on Instagram, "Yesterday I received yet another frightening barrage of antisemitic hate and threats when I spoke up on @kanyewest’s since deleted post that perpetuates the dangerous myth that Jews control the media. The amount of hate that exists towards us is rapidly growing thanks to irresponsible influence from huge voices like Kanye’s! Thankfully Instagram has restricted Kanye’s account. That doesn’t change the fact that I continue to receive shockingly hateful, even threatening comments in support of his antisemitic message. My children’s great grandmother didn’t survive Auschwitz so we could sit idly by as people threaten our existence as a people. We have to speak up! I take these threats very seriously and you should too."
