'RHONJ' star Joe Gorga faces $110K lawsuit over $950K mansion as wife Melissa gets fired from reality show
JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY: Seems like Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa are having a bad time! Joe and Melissa both have been recently fired from the reality tv show 'Real Housewives of New Jersey'. And now he has been sued for over $110,000 in construction costs on his newly built mansion.
Joe and Melissa reportedly moved into their new and lavish abode with their children in November 2022 after buying the Franklin Lakes property for $950,000. The 'RHONJ' star's mansion features an elongated driveway, huge closets, and extravagant chandeliers. Joe and Melissa were proud to flaunt their lavish estate on their social media. However, things went upside down when Joe and Melissa got sued for the second time, allegedly over their new mansion's unpaid bills.

Joe has reportedly been sued by the construction company reportedly for $110,972.58, according to the documents obtained by The Sun. County Concrete Corporation has reportedly filed a revised complaint. In the revised complaint filed on December 21, 2022, the construction company claimed that they provided materials to Joe from September 2021 to January 2022, as per the outlet. County Concrete Corporation further claimed the value of the materials totaled $110,972.58. Meanwhile, previously, Joe faced a lawsuit in November 2022 for $30,264.06. The contractors have accused Joe that he has not paid them construction costs on the newly built mansion. The legal documents also accused Joe of receiving the materials and then reportedly ghosting the company. The company further claimed that they gave Gorgas enough time to clear the bills before filing the lawsuit.
