ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA: 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak has officially refuted estranged husband Kroy Biermann's 'hurtful allegations' of infidelity, responding to his accusations featured in police bodycam footage.
The 45-year-old reality TV personality, whose marriage to the former NFL star is deemed 'unfixable,' issued a statement on her main Instagram page redirecting followers to an article on Celebuzz.
Sharing a throwback photo with Kroy on Instagram, she directed followers to her official statement on the cheating allegations, stating, "My official statement on allegations I cheated on Kroy. link in bio."
Following a domestic dispute last month that prompted police involvement, Kroy, 38, claimed in the bodycam footage that their lives were 'destroyed,' alleging Kim's involvement with other men during their marriage.
However, Kim vehemently denied these claims, stating, "The comments made in the body cam footage from Kroy, who is obviously enraged, are untrue."
Expressing her denial of any infidelity during their 12-year marriage, Kim declared the accusations as "downright false, baseless, and slanderous."
Emotionally addressing the situation, she said, "I have tried not to speak on these hurtful allegations, but I am at a breaking point with this, and I will not stay silent when my character is being assassinated."
Kim concluded with a firm statement that any further allegations from press videos would be addressed by her legal team at an appropriate time.

The bodycam video opened with an officer arriving at the couple's house in Milton, Georgia, which they had put on the market for $6 million in October in an attempt to escape foreclosure. The scene unfolded in the home's garage, where Kroy leaned toward the driver-side window of a white Range Rover, with Kim inside with the lights on.
When questioned by the officer about the situation, Kroy replied in an almost cheery tone, saying, "We're just having an argument."
The footage revealed an officer trying to understand the heated argument, with Kroy emphasizing that their life was 'destroyed.' He blamed it on Kim's inability to 'solve problems' and expressed frustration with their situation.
During the exchange, the officer attempted to gauge why Kroy was getting so heated, but the former athlete continued to emphasize the destruction of their life.
Kim, sitting in the driver's seat, claimed that Kroy had been 'screaming at me for hours like a crazy person' and tearfully expressed her desire for a divorce from the former NFL player.
