‘Real-life Barbie doll’ Tara Jayne McConachy flaunts her new boob job in teeny floral bikini
The self-claimed “real-life Barbie doll” Tara Jayne McConachy was reportedly spotted flaunting her new body and enormous boobs after undergoing $71,000 plastic surgery in a teeny floral bikini in Victoria, Australia. It has been said that the 33-year-old from Australia’s Melbourne, “loves her plastic doll vibe” but she’s not done yet as she is planning to remove her ribs to get “a more tapered waist”.
Reportedly, McConachy has undergone multiple plastic surgeries to change her look from head to toe. Her addiction towards going under the knife has apparently gone too far and her home country has banned her from getting any procedure, so she travels around the world to obtain her dream body. Even during Covid lockdowns, she traveled to Europe to have more surgeries.

Recently, the qualified nurse left people of Victoria shocked as she went for a stroll on the beach in Port Melbourne with a full face of makeup and long open hair. Though beachgoers were stunned to see her outrageous appearance, McConachy is reportedly used to people’s gaze because of her E-cup boobs, "statement" lips, and tiny waist.
McConachy admitted that she’s “lost count of how much product” she used to get her "statement" lips but she always ensures “they are nice and plump” by injecting regular top-ups. The surgery addicted social media star’s obsession with surgeries has apparently reached such a level that “just the thought of this gets her all excited!” McConachy has earlier said, “There is no limit for me when it comes to plastic surgery. It is incredibly addictive and I already want bigger breasts! I’m also exploring changing my eye color to an even more vibrant green, plus fixing my eyelids with a canthoplasty, blepharoplasty and a brow lift.”
It has been reported that the dream of the E! reality show ‘Botched’ star is to “look like an edited photo in real life” even though the path is not as glamorous as it may appear. When she was in Europe because of her obsession, she did not get the time to heal after the procedure. She explained, “I had no time to recover properly as Australia was urging residents that were overseas to immediately return home as the borders were closing. Thank God I had my mum with me because I couldn’t have done it without her!”
In a 2020 interview, McConachy disclosed, “In this day and age, it's very important for a woman to be able to express the way they feel and just express everything about beauty. Plastic surgery is how I do that. That's what makes me happy.”
The OnlyFans model, who charges $26.09 for a monthly subscription, had also appeared on Australia's ‘The Morning Show’, where she revealed her secret of dealing with trolls. She said, “I use [the bullying] as a driving force to become successful and be the best version I can. It's just pure irrelevance, to be honest. The hate is making me more famous.”
McConachy is quite regular on social media too. She has over 190k followers on Instagram, where she keeps sharing her steamy photos and videos. Her latest post is from March 19, a short video that showed her flaunting her big boobs. The clip has attracted a lot of comments, with a person saying, “Hot!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.” Another person wrote, “Always beautiful and bright my sweetheart ❤️❤️❤️.” “Omg baby so hot 🔥,” the third one added.
