Rapper Kim Kardashian! SNL throwback skit is pure gold
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Media personality Kim Kardashian has made the headlines for numerous reasons over the years, including her appearance in an SNL skit. Recently, the SKIMS founder put out a throwback video of her time on Saturday Night Live.
In the video, 'The Kardashians' star was seen grooving to the music and dishing out rap music. In what she captioned as, “Throwback Thursday to this SNL skit which is very real,” the mother-of-four can be seen alongside three other women who are all in their thirties, as the skit points out, going to a nightclub.

'Grown a** women in the club'
In the hilarious skit called ‘When Middle-Aged Mamas Hit The Club,’ Kim Kardashian, along with three other women — Cecily Strong, Ego Nwodim, and Punkie Johnson — head to a club to celebrate a long night of drinking and dancing. The skit starts with the four women standing outside the bar, talking about their problems and how heading to the club was a poor idea. When Cecily shows concern about not being in a club "since forever,” Kim can be seen motivating her about how they used to do it all the time back in the day.
Following a bit of back and forth, all four members enter the club and start rapping. They call themselves grown-a*s ladies and boss-a*s ladies. However, things don’t go as planned as Kardashian falls asleep after her first few lines. Meanwhile, Cecily heads to the bathroom after eating too much.
On the other hand, Ego is extremely uncomfortable in her red heels and eventually pays a waiter $500 for his shoes. Punkie, who portrays herself as a homemaker, can be seen checking the traffic and getting concerned about how they will reach home.
The end of the clip shows Kim finally waking up after two power naps and is ready to groove once again. Unfortunately, it’s 9.01 pm at night, and all the women decide to leave, leaving Kardashian high and dry.
The skit aired during Season 47 of SNL in October 2021. The season was marked by a plethora of appearances from Kim Kardashian. She also hosted the second episode of the season. The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star was also present in another hilarious skit alongside Pete Davidson called ‘Jasmine and Aladdin.’
The skit resonated with many women where one said, "So accurate! I immediately need to sit down😂 I’m here to serve looks… dats it😂". "Bahahahhaha!!! Uff!!
