LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The crowd at the 2022 American Music Awards was in for a surprise when GloRilla brought out Cardi B for the first television performance of 'Tomorrow 2' on Sunday night, November 20. The 23-year-old entered the stage on her motorcycle and began the performance of her Billboard Hot 100 top 10 hits. The Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles was lit up as she performed with her backup dancers in the background.

Cardi B dived into her X-rated section of the song as AMAs' telecast bleeped out the majority of her verse. Her friendship with Glo enhanced their performance, giving the audience a chance to enjoy their beautifully coordinated choreography. The two were seen embracing during one of the show's heartwarming moments. While both of them were nominated for favorite female hip-hop artist at the 2022 AMAs, the award was ultimately bagged by Nicki Minaj

This crazy,” she told Billboard. “My team let me know, [but] I had to go look it up for myself because I had thought maybe they was playing.”

Social media lauded their performance, with one user saying, "THEY HAD EVERYONE ON THEIR FEET!" "So cute! They look like blossom and buttercup… the need to include Meg to make it a trio," one user said. "THEY ATE THIS PERFORMANCE," one user said.

"The smile I had on my face wat hing the performance," one user wrote, while another said, "Why are they so adorable together? That little dance break at the end is so cute!" "They went off. They so cute and fun together!!!" said one user.
