But Episode 14 of 'Queen of Tears' has left fans emotionally wrecked. The episode delivered a rollercoaster of twists and turns, culminating in a heartbreaking decision by Hong Hae-in.

What happens in 'Queen of Tears' Episode 14?

In Episode 14 of 'Queen of Tears', Hong Hae-in hesitates about surgery with risky side effects, including memory loss, and runs away from Hyun-woo.

On the other hand, Hyun-woo's world crumbles. He receives the news of the murder of the broker, after which he rushes home to find Hae-in unharmed. However, Hyun-woo ends up witnessing her car crash moments later.

As Hyun-woo tries to rescue her, he finds out that Hae-in is not in the car. He breaks down in relief seeing Hae-in alive and unharmed. The emotional encounter leads to Hae-in deciding to let go of her memories and undergo the surgery for Hyun-woo's sake. 

However, in a heart-wrenching twist, she wakes up with Eun-seong by her side, who paints Hyun-woo as the villain, while Hyun-woo is in jail for allegedly murdering the broker. 

Fans get emotional over 'Queen of Tears' Episode 14 

Episode 14 of 'Queen of Tears' left fans in shock with a series of emotional gut punches. The near car crash of Hae-in, seemingly orchestrated, had viewers on the edge of their seats.

Witnessing Hyun-woo's desperate rescue attempt, only to find her unharmed, created a rollercoaster of relief and emotions. Fans pointed out that this could be the scene where Hae-in decided to let go of everything just to live for Hyun-woo.

Heartbroken by the decision of Hae-in, an X user said: "The moment she embraced him she let go of the memories she's trying to protect to save him, even in her dying moments she never put herself first, KimJiWon what an actress she is, you see Haein let go the moment she said 'Everything is okay now.'"

Referring to the Q/A done by netflixkcontent on Instagram, a user penned: "Think they had to fit such diverse range of emotions in one filming schedule..their relationship characters going through different phases of marriage divorce reconcile kim jiwon & kim soohyun weren’t lying when they said germany was the most challenging shoot QueenofTears."

Heaping praises for the car accident scene of Episode 14, a fan wrote: "The amount of times i’ve watched this scene, soohyun’s breathing and jiwon’s silence THE BAR IS TOO HIGH."

Following this another fan another fan tweeted: "This scene would not be as impactful as this if not for kim soohyun and kim jiwon's incredible acting prowess. they really embodied their characters so well that every emotions poured out in this felt so real."
