After allowing us a peek into what the future holds for Dr J Allen Hynek (Aidan Gillen), we are transported back to the past, where we see "Hynek and Quinn head to a Utah ranch to investigate a young family’s claims of unexplainable and dangerous phenomena," as revealed by the official synopsis of Episode 7 'The Curse of the Skinwalker'.

While not much is known about the episode, in a new teaser shared by the official Twitter page of the History Channel show, we see both Hynek and Captain Michael Quinn (Michael Malarkey) confronting a woman clad in a white coat, and by the looks of it, the two are about to teach her exactly why the two shouldn't be messed with.

In due course of their conversation, the clip begins with the lady in a white coat telling Hynek she has offered her apologies, meaning she will possibly have something not-so-nice to do with the victims in this episode. The woman continues her apologetic statement with reassurances that she'll look into the power lines getting fixed so "they can have their lights back." The 'they' is presumably the family who seek out Blue Book's help and pretty much everything about this woman makes her sound like an evil scientist experimenting on innocents living nearby.

Clearly, Quinn and Hynek are far from accepting her meaningless apology, as they make it a point to assure her they will "take care of the rest" through their friends in the Washington Post. The scientist's stance suddenly gets very defensive as she goes on about how she has dealt with reporters for long enough to not come unraveled by the prospect of them now. Hynek reminds her that he and Quinn were able to shut the lights out at DC when the government thought they were going to war, so the woman's tackle of reporters wouldn't stand a chance compared to the king of stories the two could put out.

Hynek then asks her to reflect on what she can do to compensate the family she has harmed, thus confirming our doubts about the victims being the same family that calls for Blue Book's help. But it also confirms that there is no messing with Blue Book when it comes to their quest for the truth and getting justice served.

'Project Blue Book' Season 2 airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm only on History.
