Things are getting heavy in the Dr J Allen Hynek and Captain Michael Quinn love-hate bromance on History's alien and UFO drama Project Blue Book's Season 2, as the skeptic turned believers slash partners in the titular investigation are finally addressing the tightness of their bond in the upcoming fourth episode.

In a promotional teaser released by the channel's official Twitter account, Hynek (Aidan Gillen) and Quinn (Michael Malarkey) can be seen having a heart-to-heart conversation about the risks and tribulations of this journey they have embarked on together to debunk the claimed alien sightings. The upcoming episode titled 'Hopkinsville' sees Hynek and Quinn in the midst of the titular venue where the Schumacher family claims to have been attacked by little green aliens from a flying saucer.

In their conversation, Quinn addresses the darkness that this life has brought upon him and Hynek challenges him to open up since they are friends now. The ever so skeptic Quinn doesn't immediately believe Hynek's offer to listen and in return Hynek analyzes Quinn to the tee, digging up his earnest desire to have kids one day - a prospect he is terrified from pursuing as Hynek claims, Quinn might have been through something tragic related to the whole thing.

It is obvious that Hynek's insights about Quinn's past trauma aren't wrong, as it forces our handsome Air Force Captain to finally answer Hynek's biggest question about this new woman in Quinn's life. Quinn tells Hynek it is none other than Susie Miller, Mimi's former friend slash undercover Russian spy but not a single American soul on the show knows about Susie's identity of course. And as Quinn professes his genuine affection for Susie, it only raises further concern in us regarding the imminent tumultuous turn of events that would potentially unfold when Quinn learns who Susie really is.

'Project Blue Book' Season 2 airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm only on History.
