A voice and soul so strong
On March 7, as she was walking the red carpet, she paused to take a picture in front of a poster featuring a cartoon Elvis clutching a golden revolver over his chest. 'Agent Elvis' cast includes Kaitlin Olsen, Johnny Knoxville, Tom Kenny, and Don Cheadle, and Matthew McConaughey, who voiced the megastar in the animated series. The 'Jailhouse Rock' singer's animated version joins a covert spy program to stop baddies from ruining the globe, and the cartoon follows him as he switches in his jumpsuit for a jetpack, according to the synopsis provided by Netflix.
Priscilla accessorized her stylish black tailored suit and white button-down top with a black beaded necklace. With her pointed-toe court shoe heels, she added some flair to the traditional look by wearing stockings with lace patterns. Her brightly colored makeup emphasized her pale features, and her perfectly coiffed reddish hair draped in place around her shoulders.
Introducing Elvis to the youth today
Priscilla participated in a Q&A at Netflix's Tudum Theater with fellow co-creator John Eddie and showrunner Mike Arnold. She not only co-created and voiced herself in the adult animated comedy but also co-wrote the script for the future film with Eddie. Explaining why she wanted to introduce Elvis to the children of this generation, why he was so renowned, and to regard him as a hero, the actress opened up about her goals when she agreed to sponsor the initiative.
Priscilla said, "I know that this is a dream come true for Elvis because this is really what he wanted to do." She added that he had wanted to be a "federal agent," as quoted by The Hollywood Reporter. Priscilla continued, "And for me, I’ve always wanted to give Elvis what he wanted and never really quite made it. He was a beautiful human being and a very talented human being, and I want kids to see who he really was in this because he really was, he wanted to be an agent. And now he is."
