LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: Prince William has likely had a good laugh following the irreverent animated series 'South Park' poking fun at his brother Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, in the episode 'The Global Privacy Tour' in which the couple is getting mocked for requesting privacy while being more public than ever as they reveal the secrets and inside details about the royal family.  As per a royal expert, the prince must have duly enjoyed the fun remarks made at the expense of the exiled Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

“William, I’m sure, doesn’t watch ‘South Park,’” said a source close to Buckingham on 'Good Morning Britain' on Friday, February 18. “But I reckon one of his friends will have seen it on social media and [sent a clip his way].” According to the New York Post, the royal insider continued: "I think he probably saw it and had a wry smile on his face when he saw it." Show creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone dedicated a whole episode to the estranged royals where they were no specific name callings but it was made blatantly obvious who the fictional 'Prince and Princess of Canada' were supposed to be.

'Dumb prince' and his 'stupid wife'

Harry and Meghan have been criticized for their alleged pursuit of privacy while simultaneously making contentious statements against the royal family, through the Netflix docuseries 'Harry & Meghan' and Harry's memoir, 'Spare. The South Park episode does not call the royal couple by their first names but rather refers to them as the "dumb prince" and his "stupid wife."

'We want privacy!!'

Moreover, the bold episode shows the couple appearing as guests on 'Good Morning Canada', where they wave picket signs reading, “We want privacy!!” and “Stop looking at us!” The prince, on the other hand, is promoting a book titled 'Waaagh'. “We just want to be normal people. All this attention is so hard,” he says, as per the outlet. The caricatures of the exiled Duke and Duchess of Sussex later board a private jet to embark on their 'Worldwide Privacy Tour'.

The episode ultimately finds the couple settling down in South Park, where they are disliked by the main character of the show Kyle. “They have this huge jet parked in front of my house, and they keep on wanting me to buy their book,” Kyle complains, as per a surfaced clip. “I‘m sick of hearing about them. But I can’t get away from them, they’re everywhere. In my f–king face.”
