'Dumb prince and his stupid wife': Netizens spit out water as 'South Park' roasts Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

LOS ANGELES, CALIFRONIA: 'South Park' is known for brutally parodying some of the most famous people in the world and their latest episode may have just taken the cake. In the the latest episode, titled 'The Worldwide Privacy Tour', Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle were called "dumb and stupid" and brutally dragged. Following the release of their wildly controversial and popular Netflix documentary series in December 2022, the Sussexes have now become the latest targets of the adult animated comedy series on Comedy Central.

Since the latest episode of 'South Park' dropped, netizens have upped the ante when it comes to trolling the couple. The couple has been grabbing headlines ever since they told the royal family that they were stepping down from their duties in 2020 and moved to California.

'Some dumb s**t'

Netizens had a field day once the 'South Park' episode dropped. A user wrote, "Have Meghan & Harry sued South Park for libel yet? Oh. They can't because it's true." Another Twitter user wrote, "It's how #SouthPark captured how #PrinceHarry gets outraged at anything towards Meghan which then makes him do some dumb s**t. The funniest bit is how they captured how #MeghanMarkle just sits back while Harry goes on a mad one."  

A third user wrote, "I never thought it would be South Park that finally (finally!!) sent the roof in Montecito caving in. We know Meghan is brass-plated with nerves of solid brass-and-gall, but this will be so hard to overcome. Their appearance at the Coronation hangs on a more slender thread now." A fourth user wrote, "PrinceHarry desperately searches for the TRUTH in # Meghan's mouth, but can't find it!" A fifth user wrote, "Oh my god, they really just called Meghan Markle empty on the inside."  A sixth one chimed in, "Thank you South Park for making me laugh so much. Its great to see that liberal animated TV show producers see Harry and Meghan for truly what they have now become .Nope not saviours of the world. But a complete laughing." 

What is the episode about?

The episode's official synopsis reads, "The prince of Canada and his wife try to find privacy and seclusion in a small mountain town." The episode will reportedly take shots at Harry's interviews and memoir, the Sussexes' immigration to the US and their controversial documentary, per the Irish Mirror.
