Pop star Bella Thorne inks million dollar record deal to partner with Epic/Sony

It has been less than six months since Bella Thorne stirred headlines, after launching her own record label - called Filthy Fangs - during the Coachella festival weekend. And the songstress is already back in the news, this time grabbing eyeballs with her million dollar record deal to partner with Epic, the American record label owned by Sony Music Entertainment.

Interestingly, the latest announcement about the 20-year-old singer's deal with Epic/Sony was made on social media by none other than record producer, Irv Gotti. The R&B specialist, who has forged his place in the music industry with his own label, Murder Inc Records, took to Instagram back in July to share the news along with a video of him and Thorne reeling with excitement.

"Four months and now Bella and her Filthy Fangs label has a partnership deal with Epic/Sony," Irv is heard saying in the clip as a visibly pleased Bella shoots a smile to the camera. In a second follow-up video, the duo continues with the celebrations, as Irv adds, "Filthy Fangs is the real deal..."

Indeed, it's a huge milestone for the Disney alum, who catapulted to success at a very young age as CeCe Jones on the series 'Shake It Up'. Asides from making a name onscreen, Bella has also come to be known for her musical endeavors, the most recent being her album titled, 'What Do You See Now'.

Addressing the latest partnership between Bella and Epic Records, however, Irv along with the video announcement added: "Today is a great day!! I met my @bellathorne April 6th, 2018. And me and Bella has been Best Friends Ever Since. Where we have each other’s backs. It’s a very cool situation. And in that short time. We have secured her a Million Dollar Partnership Deal with Epic/Sony...(sic)"

While the partnership marks a huge leap, in the meantime, the duo is ensuring that they make the most of it with exciting picture posts. They even posed up a storm with the Epic staff, a glimpse of which was later shared by Irv.

"Arguably one of the best Introductions to a Label. Thank you Sylvia Rhone and the whole staff at Epic. For making  @bellathorne  @modsun  @jenergizerr @nataliebohling  Sujit and Myself feel so welcomed. And the positive energy was off the charts. Let’s Change The Game!!!" he captioned the photo.

While this is not the first time Bella and Irv will be working together, we certainly cannot wait to see what the two have in store for music lovers.
