Lifetime network is all set to bring to you yet another thriller, revolving around a working mother Gale, her daughter Becca and their relationship with their pool boy. When Gale’s fling with her pool cleaner goes wrong, he pursues Becca as revenge against Gale. Will the mother be able to save her daughter from her vengeful lover? Here’s everything you need to know about the movie ahead of its premiere.

‘Pool Boy Nightmare’ will premiere on September 7 at 8 pm ET on Lifetime. 

Plot 

The official synopsis for ‘Pool Boy Nightmare’ reads, “The story follows Gale as she has a brief affair with pool cleaner Adam, but quickly turns down his continued advances. Insulted at being rejected, Adam starts dating Gale's high school-age daughter Becca, using her as an unsuspecting pawn in a twisted game of revenge.”

Jessica Morris

Jessica Morris will be seen as Gale in the Lifetime movie. She is an American actress, who is popular for playing dysfunctional Jennifer Rappaport on ABC’s ‘One Life to Live’. She later appeared as “Linda the Teacher” in ‘Role Models’. She played the lead role in 2014’s horror flick ‘Haunting of the Innocent’. Morris’s television credits include ‘Sorority Forever’, ‘Beacon Hill’, and ‘Perception’ among others. 

Ellie Darcey

Ellie Darcey as Becca (Lifetime)

You would know Ellie Darcey well as young Lily Potter in ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2’. The 20-year-old actress is also known for playing Franny in ‘The Snowmen’. Before making her advent into the entertainment industry, Darcey was involved in small-time modeling, commercials and competitive dancing. She’s essaying the role of Gale’s daughter Becca in ‘Pool Boy Nightmare’.

Tanner Zagarino 

Tanner Zagarino as Adam (Lifetime)

Tanner Zagarino is an American actor and Instagram model, who will be seen as Adam in ‘Pool Boy Nightmare’. He is known for his role as Peter in the television series ‘Day by Day’. The 21-year-old actor enjoys over 400,000 followers on Instagram.

‘Pool Boy Nightmare’ is written and helmed by Rolfe Kanefsky. While David Michael Latt has produced the Lifetime thriller, it's executive produced by Paul Bales and David Rimawi. Michael Su has worked on the cinematography.
