'Whole Lotta Red': Playboi Carti slammed for not adding Kid Cudi's leaked 'Pissy Pamper' song: 'Is deluxe coming?'

After teasing his fans for more than two years, rapper Playboi Carti finally released his sophomore album ‘Whole Lotta Red’ also stylized as ‘WLR’ along with features from hip-hop heavyweights Kid Cudi, Kanye West and Future. The album is stacked with 24 songs and is out on all the leading streaming platforms.

The 24-years-old hip-hop artist might be getting a lot of appreciation for his new project but is also facing the wrath of the Internet for not including an earlier leaked track from the album called ‘Pissy Pamper’ which also featured Kid Cudi on a verse along with Young Nudy and American record producer Pi'erre Bourne. Cudi is already featured on the track called ‘M3tamorphosis’ which made it to the official tracklist.

Hip-hop website Genius had reported earlier that five tracks from Whole Lotta Red’ leaked on the Internet as they appeared on Carti’s official Apple Music account. This came after an unofficial upload of the highly popular leaked track, ‘Kid Cudi/Pissy Pamper’ made its way to number one spot on Spotify’s US Viral 50 chart, pulling over 2 million streams under the name ‘Kid Carti.’ Speaking on the leak, ‘Pissy Pamper’ producer Pi’erre Bourne had told Genius, “It only leaked when Carti got on it. They were telling me they were going to send it over. So I was like, ‘Alright, let me touch up the beat, make it longer or whatever.’ They’re like, ‘No, we already sent it.’ I was like, ‘S**t’s going to leak.’ ‘Cause this was around the time… he had hella leaks just coming out.”

Now, as soon as the social media users saw the tracklist and heard the album, they rushed to Twitter to slam Carti on why he did not include the leaked track as he had also previewed Cudi’s verse of the song a few days ago on his socials. The album was also supposed to feature tracks from Travis Scott, Post Malone and Pharrell Williams among others but none of it made it to the official tracklist.

Speaking on the same lines, one user tweeted, “cudi tried so hard to save it lmao and where the hell is cudi on pissy pamper carti uploaded a video of it to twitter two days ago so maybe well get a deluxe but its unlikely.” Another expressed, “All I’m saying is that we waited 2 years for this and personally I don’t understand why he would tell us Kid Cudi/ pissy pamper and a Travis Scott feature would be on it days before the release and not put them on it.” One added, “How can he not drop pissy pampers/kid cudi...that leak went hard.” One user asked, “How you gon play Pissy Pamper WITH a Cudi verse on your story but not drop it?” Another added, “And..... Where the f**k is Pissy Pamper or Kid Cudi feat Kid Cudi?? Post Malone?? Travis?? Pharrell? Money N Drugs?? @playboicarti Deluxe coming???” One user said, “I really thought I was about to finally listen to the official Kid Cudi Pissy Pamper smh. Christmas ruined.” One individual said, “he rly posted that snippet of kid cudi/pissy pamper WITH CUDI ON IT and still didn’t put it on the album im sick.”
