Patrick Schwarzenegger's net worth
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Patrick, who is the third child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and his ex-wife Maria Schriver, and also their oldest son, has a whopping net worth of $6 million. And while most would assume his income stems from acting and modeling, the 28-year-old has also made millions investing and earning from real estate properties.
Much like his father, Patrick followed suit to become a real estate investor. In 2018, the actor and model paid $1.9 million for two homes in West Hollywood, California. He renovated the homes and sold them a year later in 2019 for $2.25 million.
Real estate earnings
That wasn't all as Patrick was clearly getting started with his real estate plans. In 2018 itself, he invested in real estate once again, paying $3.1 million for a small home in Santa Monica. That property too was sold less than a year later, that too with a solid $100,000 profit.
June of 2018 also saw Patrick shell out $3 million to buy another West Hollywood home in a Los Angeles neighborhood. This time he took a little longer to sell the property, but when he finally listed it in 2020, he listed the hole for $3.25 million.
Acting and modeling
Patrick's other evident source of income is his showbiz gig that started in 2006. Currently signed to LA Models, Patrick can be seen often modeling in ad campaigns for luxury brands like Armani and Ralph Lauren. His other source of income and prime focus happens to be his own company Project360, a charitable clothing line featuring men's wear collections.
Patrick plans on promoting his brand through his high-end fashion gigs, but in a short time the entrepreneur has made quite a name for himself by playing Romeo in Ariana Grande's music video for 'Right There' as well as films like 'Midnight Sun', 'Stuck in Love', 'The Benchwarmers', 'Grown Ups 2' and the upcoming Netflix teen romcom 'Moxie'.
