SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Fletcher, a social media influencer, was seen bathroom-shaming one of the Uber Eats drivers. The influencer, who has collaborated with brands including Fashion Nova, shamed the driver for taking a bathroom break before the delivery.

The Fashion Mogul did not hesitate to take the conversation between her and the driver to Twitter and complain to Uber Eats regarding the incident. She also revealed the woman’s name and license number in the screenshot shared on her Twitter handle.

What did Ariana Fletcher complain about on Twitter?

Fletcher posted on Twitter, “This is f**king disgusting and unprofessional as f**k!!!” Ariana Fletcher, 27, wrote to her 2.3 million followers on the platform. “@UberEats I canceled my order so fast, I’m never using Uber eats another day in my life. Y’all workers doing s**t like this F**KING GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!." To which, Uber Eats responded saying ,"Hey Ari- we're very sorry about this and understand the concern here. We'll be reaching out shortly in-app.."

Uber Eats has been receiving backlash from other celebrities as well. On February 1, 2022, Snoop Dogg also slammed the app for receiving his food late.  Snoop ordered food from the delivery app, but never got it after the delivery person said "This is not a safe place", which led Snoop to rant "M----------r from Uber Eats didn’t bring my f----n’ food." However, netizens were in favor of the delivery person who was concerned of his own safety than delivering the food in an unsafe place.

'Don't fire that girl'

The Internet quickly reacted to the incident. A user said, "Don’t fire that girl, her whole license plate number and car was just put on blast…for no reason. Better ways to handle this then going public just to let people know you have concierge y’all have questionable idols." Another added, "if you retaliate against the worker, im deleting my acc and never using your services again. she did nothing wrong!." A comment read, " If you fire her… I’m canceling my Account ASAP." Another said, "Don't you dare fire her." A user tweeted, "Please ignore her. She doesn’t understand us non celebrity workers are humans who need to use the restroom! Do not fire that girl over this!!!."

A user then noted, "That’s a easy lawsuit for the employee. A job can’t fire you for having to use the restroom. That’s definitely an easy win in court. The employee did nothing wrong." "You’re sorry because your drivers are human and they use the bathroom? Was the driver eating the customers food on the can? This is a ridiculous response for a ridiculous complaint," added a user. "Reaching out about what? People use the restroom. If she thinks those cooks didn’t then….," claimed another. Another noted, "she used the bathroom .. what would you have preferred? she ends up accidentally peeing herself all over the car on the way there ?? your employee being in pain having to hold it in on the way there and then all the way to a bathroom? don’t fire her." "Don’t you fire that girl. Everyone uses the bathroom! It’s not like she took her food in the bathroom plus she said her husband will do it since she couldn’t wait an addtl 5 mins. He prob is in the car with her helping with orders. What’s the problem?," added another.
