Netflix is all set for the release of its first Mandarin-language original series 'Nowhere Man'. The series marks the collaboration between Taiwanese actors Joseph Chang and Alyssa Chia and revolves around the story of Quan, a death row inmate who schemes a jailbreak to save his family.
Played by Joseph Chang, the character finds out that his son had been kidnapped and using his secret power of experiencing alternate timelines while sleeping, he tries to intervene.

Plot
The summary of the series reads: Two nefarious schemes taking place 10 years apart entangle a dauntless triad member, who must break out of prison to rescue a loved one. To Ah Quan (Joseph Chang) and his fellow triad brothers' (Jeremiah Zhang, Po-chieh Wang, Ming-fu Zhou), fate seems to have left them few choices. One mysterious night led the brothers down a convoluted web of love, hate, manipulation, and revenge. As a result, Ah Quan must do whatever it takes to save his family and himself, and finally face the consequences of his past choices.

Alyssa Chia
Chia plays a pivotal part in the series. The actress has previously starred in television series like 'The Prince of Han Dynasty', 'The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber' and 'Lady Wu: The First Empress'.
Mavis Fan
Mavis Fan plays a key role in the Netflix series. The actress made her debut in 'The Private Eye Blues' in 1995 and was also seen in the 2005 film 'About Love'.
Joseph Chang
Chang plays Ah Quan in the movie. The actor is known for his role as Yu Shouheng in the critically acclaimed 2006 film 'Eternal Summer', which earned him two Golden Horse Awards nominations for Best Supporting Actor and Best New Performer.
The series also stars Wang Bo-chieh, Jeremiah Zhang, Zhou Ming-fu, and Greg Hsu.
