Paige King Johnson has released the music video for her current single, 'I Thank God'.

“Being able to film this music video in my home church in North Carolina was so special and important to me,” said Paige. "That building has been a major player in my life and my music since the day I was born. I’m so grateful to get to show the world this holy place and the beauty we were able to capture that day. On the other hand, my goal when recording the acoustic video was to take the viewer to a very different place that also feels very sacred to me -- my grandpa’s barn -- to let them hear a very sacred song. This song was written plain and simple and honest, and that’s the best way, in my opinion, for it to be heard.”

Sonny Tennet gears up for debut album with first single

South Shields-born Sonny Tennet is entering a new era of music. Sonny's vocals and songwriting ability have gained him over 60M streams to date and this year he will be releasing his debut album starting with single 'Panorama'. This Pop/R&B outing is Sonny's commentary on how he sees the world today.

Sonny Tennet is heading out on the road

On the new single, Sonny says, “Writing 'Panorama' was a way of me expressing how I feel about the world today, through my eyes. It’s really messed up sometimes and I think we can all see it. I am really hopeful, and I love life but I find every time I turn my TV on it’s full of hate. From the little things like our obsession for brands to the much bigger issues, like, when do I need to build my Nuclear bunker? We just need to love each other. Now!”

Following a run of sold out shows at UK venues including London’s Jazz Café, Sonny is keeping the heat on with the release of ‘Panorama’ and with a May UK tour scheduled to be announced from February 28, with tickets on sale March 1.

Scottish alt-pop duo Saint Phnx drops single 'Good Old Times'

Saint Phnx, the Scottish alt-pop duo known for their infectious humor and radiant personalities, releases their cheerful single 'Good Old Times'. The reflective track about cherishing memories features a lighthearted whistle melody and booming drums.

“‘Good Old Times’ is about us reminiscing. As you get older, you’ll realize how much you miss them and wish you could go back to relive those moments. The good old times. You’ll wish there was a way to know that you’re in the good old times before you’ve left them. We never know how long it is before they’re over,” explains Saint Phnx.

'92 releases its self-titled debut EP

Southern California hardcore outfit '92 has released its self-titled Rude Records debut EP.

The band says, “We can’t even express how excited we are for this EP to finally be shown to the world. We’ve been working on these songs for years -- since pre-pandemic -- and at the time, it felt like they would never see the light of day. However, after seeing the way the world has drastically changed since 2020, it’s no wonder why the songs needed to wait to come out. All the fuel was there, but the last few years provided the spark needed to set this ablaze. Welcome to ‘92.”

Comprising Jabril Ward, Nick Sturz, Brandon De Vincenzo, Cole Patterson, and Quintin Barnum, the band draws inspiration from artists like Rage Against The Machine, Dr. Dre, Trapped Under Ice, Leeway, The Warriors and more.

Veteran Boston rockers Nervous Eaters release single 'Vampires' with B-side 'Knockdown Day'

Boston rock pioneers Nervous Eaters return with another new single, 'Vampire', which offers up plenty of sharp hooks and jangly guitars. B-side 'Knockdown Day' is a slower-tempo track that evokes feelings of longing and reflection.

The Nervous Eaters are an original rock and roll band from Boston, MA who helped define the Boston underground garage/punk rock scene of the late 1970s. The band was formed by Steve Cataldo on the North Shore of Boston in Beverly, MA.

The Nervous Eaters would eventually become the house band for the legendary Boston punk rock club The Rat, where they established themselves playing with a who's who of punk and new wave luminaries, including The Police, The Ramones, The Cars, Patti Smith, Dead Boys, Iggy Pop, The Stranglers, Go-Go's and many others.

Billy Morrison drops video of single 'Drowning', ahead of star-studded new album

Billy Morrison has shared the video for 'Drowning', the first single from his new solo album 'The Morrison Project' out April 19 via TLG/Virgin Music Group.

The British guitarist, singer, and songwriter -- primarily known as Billy Idol's rhythm guitar player for the past 15 years alongside lead guitarist Steve Stevens -- says, "The world, at the time I wrote this song, was full of unease, fear and discontent. Riots, a global pandemic, and a failing economy. I think the world felt the same sense of anxiety and discontent that I did. I guess this song was a way to put those feelings down in a creative way."

For 'The Morrison Project', his third solo album and first since 2015, he has assembled 12 songs including guest performances by Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol, DMC, Al Jourgensen, Steve Vai, Steve Stevens, Linda Perry, Tommy Clufetos, John5, and more.

Caleb Hearn and Rosie drop new single 'Little Bit Better'

Nashville-via-North Carolina singer/songwriter Caleb Hearn and NYC-based pop singer-songwriter Rosie join forces and put a personal stamp on their new single 'Little Bit Better' via Nettwerk.

Prior to the release, the track had been gaining incredible momentum on Caleb’s Instagram with 8 reels over 1M views each combining for over 13.5M views and 165K shares, as well as 28.6K creates under the official TikTok. Caleb Hearn is currently working on his full-length project, slated for later this year. Rosie’s forthcoming third EP will be released in mid-2024.

Irish singer James Vincent McMorrow announces 7th album

Irish singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer James Vincent McMorrow has announced his seventh full-length album 'Wide Open, Horses'. The album is slated for June 14. McMorrow also unveiled the lead single 'Never Gone', following the release of a live video of the track earlier this week.

In 2023, McMorrow brought 'Wide Open, Horses' to life — on stage. He booked two nights at The National Concert Hall in Dublin, recorded a handful of lo-fi demos, practiced the material for a week, and then hit the stage. Phones weren’t allowed, but James recorded it to “see what worked and what didn’t work".

“I literally performed the album before it was recorded,” he explains. “The whole point was to expose the flaws and also highlight the special little moments. It was an odd experiment, but it worked great. The notion is so simple, ‘Write songs and perform them live’. Without cameras, they were the best shows I’ve ever played—which is interesting because no one knew the music! Everyone was just experiencing it though. I had friends in the lobby talking to strangers. Who talks to strangers anymore? It was lovely. It was a heartening experience for everyone involved.”

Frank Turner drops 'Girl From the Record Shop'

Singer-songwriter Frank Turner has released 'Girl From The Record Shop', the latest track to be lifted from the Friday, May 3 release of his forthcoming album, 'Undefeated', the follow-up to Turner’s acclaimed #1 UK album, 'FTHC'.

“‘Girl From The Record Shop’ is a little power-pop flight of fancy, a teenage dream of romance for my inner music nerd, complete with an admission of my inevitable adolescent failure,” Turner says. “Short, sharp and to the point."

Additionally, Turner recently announced his upcoming US headline tour for May and June, produced by Live Nation. Kicking off on Thursday, May 23 at XL Live in Harrisburg, PA, Turner’s Undefeated Tour will feature his long-standing band The Sleeping Souls and hit markets across the south, midwest, west coast and east coast, and culminate in an appearance at The Fillmore in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, June 22.

Frank Turner will be making the following North American appearances during 2024.

Tim Atlas releases new EP 'Matinee'

Brooklyn-based multi-hyphenate singer, songwriter, and producer Tim Atlas has released his latest EP, 'Matinee', out via Nettwerk. This EP follows the release of three singles; 'The Deceiving', 'Lifeboat' with French-Italian artist Raphael Futura, and 'Lighthouse'.

“Matinee is associated with a lot of different feelings for me. I remember skipping school to go to the movies and ridding yourself of any intentions that day,” says Atlas.

Matinee contrasts distinctly with Tim’s August 2023 EP 'Le Soir'. While 'Le Soir' saw Tim debut a more grungy, industrial sound to create his take on the evening experience, 'Matinee' is a whimsical, sun-splashed record that feels like an escape to a cinematic world.

Brigitte Mena releases third studio album 'After the Storm'

Singer-songwriter Brigitte Mena has officially released her third studio album 'After The Storm'. The album features previously released singles 'Mastermind', 'Honeybee', and 'Equally Human' alongside seven brand new tracks that delicately take listeners through the human experience.

"Unlike my previous two releases that were concept albums, my latest album encompasses various themes and ideas,” shares Brigitte on the new album. “After The Storm takes you on my personal journey of rediscovering myself and understanding love in many capacities including romantic, platonic, spiritual relationships, and even the bond with man’s best friend.”

Huddy's back with new single 'Mugshot'

Rising star Huddy marks his long-awaited musical return with the release of new single 'Mugshot' available now on all platforms via The Orchard. The track marks the singer-songwriter’s first of the year and is a fun, sexy, raucous romp that explores the risky and thrill-seeking side of relationships that can be alluring.

'Mugshot' sets the stage for his upcoming project showcasing a new, fun, free-spirited pop-leaning sound from the 21-year-old who already has an iHeartRadio Award nomination, 150 million streams, and 50 million combined social media followers to his name.

Co-produced and co-written by Boys Like Girls lead singer Martin Johnson, 'Mugshot' arrives alongside an accompanying video featuring Huddy and his model girlfriend Chiara Hovland being intimate and affectionate as implied in the cover art.
