Netflix's marquee event, 'Tudum' gave the audiences a sneak peek at what to expect in the coming months. The streaming network's event, named after the trademark chime that plays during the title card unraveled exclusive trailers, clips, and announcements from over enough films and specials. The global fan extravaganza also confirmed the return of some exciting shows and movies.

'Tudum' also a string of celebrity appearances and also saw comedian Lilly Singh, 'Stranger Things' stars Finn Wolfhard and Caleb McLaughlin, and 'Bridgerton's' Nicola Coughlan hosted the three-hour event. We take a quick look at all the major announcements made during the event.

A new trailer for 'Stranger Thing' Season 4

The upcoming season of the 80s horror-comedy, set to premiere in 2022 saw a new trailer that introduces Victor Creel (Robert Englund), a man imprisoned for a gruesome murder in the 50s. There's also a brief flicker of the upside-down and a quick look at the stars, now older and most definitely a lot funnier.



 

'Ozark' Season 4's new footage

The Jason Bateman-starrer had a scintillating season 3. After the installment ended with Helen getting shot in the head by Navarro’s men as the Byrdes strike a deal with the drug lord to retain their position in the Byrde enterprise. The trailer is a lot darker and gritty, reminiscent of the previous seasons.

'Red Notice' has been one of the much-awaited action-comedy flicks of the year and fans were treated to a good three minutes of Gadot's impressive fight sequence with Johnson and Reynolds coupled with trademark humor from the latter.

Chris Hemsworth confirms that Tyler Rake lives in the sequel to the action film that saw him rescue the son (Rudraksh Jaiswal) of an imprisoned crime lord who is kidnapped by one of his nemesis, Asif Amir (Priyanshu Painyuli), and is kept captive in Dhaka. Although cast details about the new mission and storyline are still under wraps, that he's alive is good enough for a roar.



 

A new look at Geralt and his men in 'The Witcher' Season 2

Prepare for Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri’s return to the world of The Witcher, which promises more action and drama.  Some of the other major releases that saw trailers were 'The Sandman', 'Emily in Paris', 'Cobra Kai' Season 4, 'Don't Look Up', 'Inside Job', 'Rebelde' and 'The Crown' Season 5'.
