Just like every year, NBC is continuing the tradition of planning one of the biggest New Year’s events with some of the top global musicians. However, the only difference this time is that it will all be done virtually. The network has kept all the health and safety guidelines on priority and therefore, there will be no public access to the New Year's Eve countdown to the ball drop in Times Square.
The event called ‘NBC's New Year's Eve 2021’ will be hosted by Carson Daly, whom we recently saw hosting the 19th season of the singing reality show ‘The Voice'. Sting featuring Shirazee
Shirazee flipped Sting’s 1988 hit single and ‘I am an African in New York’ worked like magic in 2020. We are sure, they will repeat the magic on NBC’s New Year’s special event.
