Nate Shue: 'GMA' host Amy Robach's stepson, 26, fears her 'affair drama' could harm his acting career
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amy Robach, whose well-known affair with TJ Holmes altered the direction of her life, now wants to take control of it. The 'Good Morning America' host, who decided to blend her family with the family of her second husband Andrew Shue after their 2010 wedding, is experiencing some friction with one of their children.
Nathaniel Shue, 26, better known as Nate Shue, who is the eldest son of Andrew, appears to have distanced himself from Robach, 49, ever since word of her alleged affair surfaced in the public. Nate, 26, previously posted a family photograph that didn't include Rubach and has referred to 2022 on Instagram as a "doozy" of a year. "2022 was a doozy. Not sure what I’m wishing for in 23 but I’ve got a little faith it’ll come. Love my people ❤️," Bate wrote as he shared a video montage from the year. The Sun reported a source saying, "It's a really difficult time for Nate and his family and he has been overwhelmed by the situation." The source added that the 26-year-old is maintaining his optimistic attitude.

The source continued, "He seems to be doing well, he's just a young artist trying to make art, he's been in LA a few years now and has an agent and manager. Nate wouldn't want this to overshadow what he's focusing on with projects."
Insiders claimed that the media commotion surrounding the relationship between Rubach and Holmes surfaced out of nowhere. Nate thinks that it is "senseless stuff," and all he wants is for his father to be able to move on, according to the report.
Who is Nate Shue?
Nathaniel William Shue, also known as Nate Shue, is the eldest son of Andrew Shue and Jennifer Hageney. Nate, who has a strong desire to become an actor, was born on August 1, 1996, in Los Angeles, California. He earned a degree in theater and communications from Santa Clara University in 2020 while still playing Division 1 soccer for the Broncos.
The rising star, whose mother Hageney was a talent agent, had his acting debut as a child as an extra in 'Gracie', a movie that was both produced by and starred his father. In his recently released independently funded film, he and his friend Alex Punch, 23, play a couple who spend 10 days together in isolation during the Covid lockdown.

Amy Robach reportedly had a several-month-long affair with TJ Holmes that started when they were both training for the New York City Half Marathon in March 2022. A total of 65 pictures from their affair were made public by the Daily Mail, which gave the relationship a turning point.
The intimate interaction between Robach and Holmes was captured on camera as they laughed and whispered sweet nothings at a tavern in Upstate New York. Days after Christmas, they were even seen snuggling and kissing while on vacation in Miami and many more glimpses of them together were captured on camera.
However, the controversy surrounding the 'GMA' anchors' affair shocked the morning show, which prompted ABC executives to start an internal investigation that is still ongoing.
