However, this time, netizens appeared to have switched sides as they wonder whether the 35-year-old defender was entirely at fault.
Shakira and Pique reportedly broke up because of his alleged relationship with Clara Chia who works for his company. As per Page Six, the 45-year-old singer discovered that Pique had cheated on her after faintly spotting Chia in a Zoom footage. Following the split, the 'Hips Don't Lie' singer has expressed her pain through cryptic New Year posts on social media while also describing the separation as "extremely difficult" on the Elle Digital Cover story. However, some people on the internet speculate that the Grammy Award winner may not be completely innocent after witnessing their children, Milan and Sasha moving to Miami with their mother instead of staying with their father in Barcelona. In more extreme cases, some people are also comparing Shakira with Amber Heard who was accused of assaulting her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
