NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Kristin Cavallari recently shared that she doesn't use Botox and has chosen to accept her natural age lines. The 36-year-old former star of 'The Hills' addressed her fans' queries about her seemingly youthful appearance on her Instagram stories on Tuesday. "My lines don't bother me," the reality star said. "I'm extremely animated, so I would lose a lot of my expression if I got Botox." She added, "I'm trying to just embrace getting older."

Cavallari revealed that she tried Dysport, a less potent version of Botox, once and "absolutely hated it." Instead, she relies on micro-needling and is even researching stem cells for skincare. When asked about fine lines around the eyes, Cavallari's response was simple: "Embrace them damnit!" According to the 'Back to the Beach' podcast host, for those who prefer a more straightforward anti-aging routine, her advice is to "drink a s*** ton of water, eat healthy most of the time, go outside, get good friends, laugh, and stop caring so damn much."

Cavallari's diet secrets

In a 2020 interview with the Daily Mail Australia, Cavallari revealed her secrets to maintaining her enviable figure: clean eating and weightlifting. The 31-year-old mother of three has eliminated gluten and dairy from her diet, opting for healthy alternatives instead. Cavallari shared that she feels better limiting gluten intake and cow's milk, which she's found to be highly sensitive to. She doesn't diet and enjoys indulging while dining out but always gets back on track. Cavallari weightlifts four to five times a week for 45 minutes and finds new workout moves through apps and Google, skipping cardio and personal trainers.

What is Kristin Cavallari's current relationship status?

Cavallari married Jay Cutler in 2013 and had three children before their split in 2020. Since then, she has been linked to Tyler Cameron and Jeff Dye, but no serious relationships have formed. Despite attracting attention from men, Cavallari admitted on the 'Broad Ideas' podcast with Rachel Bilson that she is looking for an established partner. She recently ended a relationship over the phone, but did not disclose the person's name. While she is dating and talking to people, Cavallari revealed that she is not ready for anything serious at the moment.
