Dr. Ebonie Vincent has been keeping herself busy by juggling quality time with the family and consulting patients. In the season finale, on November 12, Dr.Vincent met up with her patient named Gregory Haygood. Unlike the other patients that Dr. Vincent meets over a video call, Gregory was different. The two had met before they shot for the show as Gregory's condition had taken a turn for the worse. Appearing on the show, Dr. Vincent gave a recap of what went down between the two. Dr. Vincent revealed Gregory has a condition called Venostasis wound. In this, the wound is created because of damaged veins.

In Gregory's case, both his feet were infected, and the condition had become bad that Dr. Vincent knew he needed immediate attention. However, due to Covid-19, she decided not to take the risk of putting him under surgery. Since the recovery time and his health could put him in trouble, Dr. Vincent decided to opt for a non-surgical method. She told him to wash his wound properly while giving him different creams and bandages that could improve the condition. After waiting for about two to three weeks, she decided to give Gregory a call to see how he had been doing. Appearing on the video call, Gregory revealed he had struggled with the wound on his feet for a long time.

Gregory admitted life had become hard for him as the wound would cause pain while also making it hard for him to walk. To make things worse, the condition went on to take all his money while shutting his business down. Gregory revealed he had a barber business that had to be shut down because he couldn't stand for a long time. At the same time, his condition had stopped him from wearing a shoe for nearly two years. Dr. Vincent admitted she had a hard time understanding a solution for the condition. However, now she has managed to find something that could help him. When Gregory opened his dressing, his admitting things were looking better.

At first, he had a wound that had yellow pigment covered all over it. Now, Gregory noticed that the pain was less and new skin was slowly starting to show up. Seeing this, he knew things were going to get better. Dr. Vincent asked him to continue what he had been doing until they meet in person for the second time.

'My Feet Are Killing Me' season finale aired on November 12 at 10:30 pm ET on TLC.
