Tracy Tutor of 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' is excellent at her job. She is well-informed, focused, confident, and not afraid to take up new challenges. But this is something a lot of people don't know. In tonight's episode, the developers test Tracy by throwing big numbers at her. The house they were at had 8 bathrooms (one of them is a master bathroom featuring a one-of-a-kind walnut tub), over 8500 sq ft. of deck area, 5 bedrooms, handblown glass fixtures from the Czech Republic - basically, it was a big deal and they wanted to see if she was getting nervous as they toured the property. "I'm not nervous, I can assure you," Tracy said, and later in her talking heads interview shared how she understood the real estate language pretty well and a little challenge won't shake her up. And, it's not hard to believe her because she has proven her skills as an excellent realtor/salesperson for years now. But that doesn't have to mean it's all a cakewalk for her.

Often, the prices at which the houses are listed are unrealistic and to sell such properties off takes a lot of meetings, conversations, and convincing. It doesn't happen overnight and that is something Tracy understands fully well. "It is definitely hard and that’s what makes my job the most difficult,” she told Cheatsheet and added: “But that also is what separates a good agent from a bad agent."

What makes Tracy such a force to reckon with? She has 20 years of experience behind her, and therefore, is well versed in the workings of the industry. She is the only woman on the show and a successful one at that. Even though there's a certain amount of machismo that's embedded in the series, Tracy's skills cut through all of that. "I’m honored to be part of a TV show that is respected in the real estate industry and is closest to the truth about the way that our business works," the publication quoted her as saying.
